Our prime steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 50 days in our purpose built Himalayan salt dry aging chamber. This method concentrates the flavour and tenderizes the meat by drawing the moisture from the meat and surrounding air, creating a unique, sweet, and flavourful steak.
